Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Data Scientist at arenaflex Connect, you will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of our display commercials measurement strategy across multiple methodologies. Your work will directly influence how we measure return on investment and optimize advertising spend across channels.
Develop and improve display commercials measurement methodology across multiple approaches including sales lift, artificial control groups, ghost commercials, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and A/B testing frameworks
Define vision and strategy for display commercials measurement methodologies, leveraging domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building compelling business cases, and establishing clear objectives
Build collaborative relationships with key partners by aligning priorities to business goals, effectively communicating, prioritizing product roadmaps, and securing buy-in from executive leadership
Manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, determine rollout strategies, and proactively manage risks throughout the development lifecycle
Continuously engage with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams and effectively manage interdependencies between projects
Explain complex modeling methods in simple terms and develop compelling narratives that connect sophisticated modeling results with real-world business problems
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline data technology solutions and ensure seamless integration of analytical capabilities
Integrate disparate data sources and leverage modern analytics best practices to deliver integrated, actionable insights to partners and senior leadership regarding virtual advertising optimization
Present media insights and recommendations to different levels of senior stakeholders, translating complex data into strategic business guidance

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following minimum requirements:
Master's degree in data science, statistics, economics, operations research, engineering, or a related quantitative field
6+ years of professional experience in data science, measurement, advertising strategy and analytics, Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, or related fields
Proficient coding skills (SQL/Python/R) with strong database knowledge
Extensive experience building measurement solutions including sales lift, ghost commercials, Marketing Mix Models, and multi-touch attribution models
Demonstrated experience with predictive modeling algorithms and their practical applications
Experience in product management or a related field
Strong project management skills, including managing technical resources and multiple priorities and milestones simultaneously
A passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment
A collaborative attitude and natural sense of curiosity
Sound business judgment along with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize effectively
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, with demonstrated ability to influence others internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications

Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related field
Experience in end-to-end product delivery, including self-serve platforms, design, consumer experiences, automation, optimizations, and data analytics
Experience working with large-scale distributed computing systems

Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
