Lead end-to-end analytics: Translate complex business challenges into actionable insights, build data products, and implement measurement systems that scale across teams. Drive advanced analytics: Introduce methods like predictive modelling and causal inference to elevate decision-making across the company. Mentor and collaborate: Coach stakeholders and work cross-functionally to ensure data is trusted, accessible, and used to guide strategic choices. Your Impact Influence strategy at scale: Your insights shape high-stakes decisions across the product and business, shaping both customer-facing and internal strategies. Empower the business: Build reusable data assets and dashboards that enable faster, more confident decision-making for customers and all teams. Champion a data culture: Increase data literacy and foster a culture where data informs action, while mentoring others to multiply impact. Your Skills Business & communication: Strong business acumen with excellent data storytelling skills — making complex insights actionable. Analytics & programming: Advanced SQL expertise and statistical programming (Python, R, etc.), including predictive analytics and causal inference. Reporting and Data modelling: Hands-on with BI tools (Superset, Looker, Tableau, …), data modelling (dbt preferred), and ELT/ETL processes (Airflow). Leadership & impact: Proven track record of delivering impact at scale and mentoring others to elevate analytics maturity.
