Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the clientRequired:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
Experience working as Vulnerability Reporting Analyst (5-7 years);
Experience with vulnerability assessment tools, particularly Qualys (Orca, third party applications);
Experience with cloud vulnerability assessments using Orca;
Experience in vulnerability management or a related cybersecurity field;
Experience with interpreting vulnerability report results and integrating findings into the vulnerability management program;
Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX) and their security configurations;
Experience with CVS scores;
Risk Ranking experience;
Experience with Scaler (reporting platform);
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science Related.
Preferred:
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the vulnerability management program;
Generate regular reports on the status of vulnerabilities and remediation efforts;
Ensure tools are properly configured and integrated with other security and IT systems;
Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and potential impact;
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments using tools such as Qualys;
Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities;
Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to continuously improve the vulnerability management program.
