Team Description As a Senior Value Consultant, you will be responsible for leading & guiding prospects and customers through the end-to-end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing). As a trusted advisor & core member of the account team, you’ll work closely with sales, customer success, solutions engineering and professional service teams to manage the full customer lifecycle, translating use cases and objectives into qualitative & quantitative business value assessments - both forward looking art of the possible and retroactive value realization & impact evaluations. You will help drive adoption & value realization via use case discovery & maturity workshops and will be the face of Pendo to some of the world’s largest enterprises.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver business case presentations that accelerate and/or expand opportunities.Build and maintain financial models that justify strategic investment in Pendo.Drive a higher volume of larger deal transactions to increase Enterprise market penetration.Prepare compelling executive proposals to engage customers in long-term business relationships.Become a business value subject matter expert in account planning sessions and quarterly business reviews.Facilitate discovery sessions to identify business requirements and align our business value to address said requirements.Array cross-functional internal account and executive teams to focus on business value as a primary driver for strategic opportunities.Minimum Qualifications7+ years of detailed business case development, financial analysis, ROI / TCO financial modeling, and executive storytelling experienceExecutive experience managing, developing, and delivering enterprise consulting servicesStrong experience in Value Advisory, Sales Consulting, and/or Management ConsultingExperience engaging with C-level executives and complex internal stakeholder groupsStrong skills in developing executive narrative slideware with inputs from internal stakeholdersStrong program management and communication skillsPresentation skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboardingExperience in developing and growing C-Level relationships with an ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledgeConsultative skills, including issue diagnosis, unpacking, and advising on CXO-level challengesPresentation skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation and whiteboardingYou enjoy working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environmentYou can travelPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in business administration is a plusPendo Description:Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers -- a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success.
