Lead comprehensive healthcare journey mapping and Jobs-to-be-Done research to understand clinician, provider and patient needs.
Design and execute mixed-method research studies that address sensitive healthcare topics, including in-clinic patient visits, central health record management, and telehealth experiences.
Inform segmentation studies and persona development specific to healthcare audiences.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into product development and roadmaps.
Synthesize findings from healthcare research workstreams to identify patterns and opportunities across the health experience.

MA/MS in experimental psychology, HCI, design, anthropology, or related discipline.
7+ years of hands-on experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) with demonstrated impact.
Experience with a variety of research methods (e.g., survey design, personas, remote testing, lab studies, diary studies, concept testing, benchmarking, and other methods).
Experience with synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into compelling opportunities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Expertise in zero to one and generative research methodologies.
Strong understanding of healthcare privacy concerns and trust-building research methods, including the handling of protected health information (PHI).
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment.
Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around study plans and reports.
Demonstrated thought-leadership with a passion for translating data into design.

The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $226,500/year in our highest geographic market.
