In this role, you will have the opportunity to cultivate and grow relationships with healthcare professionals, drive sales, and promote our innovative medical devices for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. If you have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the medical device industry, we want to hear from you! Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for Abbott's medical device products in the assigned territory. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers to promote the benefits and features of Abbott's medical devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support for customers. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' products, and changing market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Utilize data and analytics to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales approaches. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and generate leads. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Train and educate healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Abbott's medical devices. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Act as a brand ambassador and represent Abbott in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
