Primary responsibilities of this role will include the support of our Loyalty program, it's implementation and roll out in regions. Supplement development work on our Consumer Data Platform project to help improve quality of data and efforts to bring in more sources. You will also assist our first level application support team in resolutions of issues that require your elevated expertise.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesBecome a subject matter expert in Under Armour's Loyalty Program and Consumer Data PlatformOversee technical implementation of Loyalty Program with support from business and technical leadsBecome subject matter expert in integrations of Loyalty Program with other systems within Under ArmourWork on Consumer Data Platform project (CDP) and work with complex SQL queriesPartner internally with business owner, product manager, UX designer to understand business requirementsLead small groups to clarify complex requirements and collaborate with technical team to prepare and review technical design documentsWork closely with quality assurance teams to provide guidance and support during end to end testingParticipate in resolution of operational issues and partner with Development/Support team for Root Cause Analysis and documentation of the sameTake ownership of smaller process improvement effortsUnderstand project landscape and interdependencies to highlight possible conflicts or delays in development/testingProvide supporting role in larger, cross functional projectsProvide guidance and assistance for consultants, other IT or functional teammates within area of technical responsibilityQualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Qualifications:Experience working in Ecommerce project/ team preferredExperience working on Loyalty Program preferredMust have experience writing complex SQL QueriesExperience working with integration tools like MuleSoft/Tibco/Boomi is preferredExperience working on Atlassian products - JIRA/ConfluenceCritical Skills:Proven ability to work in complex fast paced agile environmentProven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with parallel timelinesPositive attitude and self-starter, proactive approach, hustler mindsetAbility to collaborate and work with multiple teams and teammates simultaneouslyDetail oriented and organizedAbility to be nimble, adapt and work flexibly to meet the needs of the teamIntellectual Curiosity and ability to learn quicklyProven experience working as part of a global team is preferredAbility to manage competing priorities in order to effectively deliver resultsEducation And / Or Experience3 Years of Technical Analyst experience is a mustBachelor's Degree in Information System Management, Computer Science, or a relevant business area such as Supply Chain Management preferred, but relevant professional experience will be consideredLanguages:English: Fluent verbally and writtenOther RequirementsSalary and RelocationLocation: Fully Remote (continental United States), No Relocation ProvidedBase compensation range: $85,00 - $117,000At Under Armour, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
