AI Engineer – LLM & NLP Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract | 2 Months (Potential Extension) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions—including AI agents—within modern cloud environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical expertise, experience with production-grade ML pipelines, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Key Responsibilities AI Engineering & Model Development • Develop and optimize solutions leveraging LLMs and NLP, with a focus on semantic similarity and language understanding. • Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy production-grade ML models and pipelines. AI Agents & Cloud Deployment • Design and implement AI agents, tools, and automation workflows. • Deploy and manage solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure environments. • Integrate AI systems with enterprise applications and data pipelines. Architecture & Security • Work with scalable, cloud-native architectures for AI-driven solutions. • Apply best practices around security, compliance, and reliability in cloud deployments. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with product, engineering, and platform teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Support product-related initiatives when needed (product management experience is a plus). Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience as a Software Developer, AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar technical role. • Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP frameworks, and cloud-based AI deployments.
