Sr Talent Acquisition Analyst

Provide extensive analytics for the Talent Acquisition function. The position manages and delivers analysis of recruiting metrics, pre-employment assessment compliance and other projects in support of staffing initiatives. This role will participate in strategic initiatives as a subject matter expert and will assess and recommend new solutions to meet objectives.

Essential Functions...
• Design and provide necessary metrics to TA leadership to assist in making recruiting and sourcing decisions
• Support TA team with identified metrics to make sourcing & recruiting decisions
• Develop benchmark and data driven insights and deliver trends and metrics
• Deliver analysis of recruiting data; including dashboard recruiting metrics (conversion, time-to-fill, candidate generations, requisition alignment) in addition to market trends and strategies.
• Identify and analyze forecast trends and assessing future trends in markets and similar industries
• Participate with analytical approach to strategy and projects
• Research and provide analytics related to systems and technologies and market related analytics
• Participate in DEI strategy with AAP reviews and recommendations
• Participate and act as SME on assigned projects
• Assist Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor in assessing new solutions based upon metrics and data
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree or;

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years’ experience with applicant tracking system or related data systems, reporting and end-user training and support; and experience with reporting, analysis and data management

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Design and delivery of recruiting analytics or related data systems (e.g., pipeline / applicant flow reports, time-to-fill, cost per hire, etc.). Demonstrated analytical ability and strong attention to detail. Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Domicile Information

The ability to work hybrid is available in the following locations: Memphis, TN; Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX.

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: US pay range: $6,198 to $10.898 monthly.
