Our Remote Data Entry Associates play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely data entry services. Key Responsibilities Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Update status in customer systems, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency. Research and install healthcare provider contracts, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading. Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents, ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail. Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies, and escalate issues to more proficient team members as needed. Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, and problem-solving skills to undertake complex data entry tasks. Identify and resolve routine and non-routine problems, and escalate issues to more proficient team members as needed. Monitor email box and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications Education and Experience At least a high school diploma or GED. 1+ year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work. 1+ year of experience in a professional/office related environment (i.e., office support, data entry, clerical, customer service) that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts. 1+ year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboard navigation, multiple screens, and computer systems, and learning new software tools. Skills and Competencies Ability to communicate effectively in a professional/office setting, both orally and in writing. Effective troubleshooting skills, leveraging research, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Time management skills, with the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment. Knowledge of AS400, Windows-based systems, Excel Spreadsheets, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Preferred Qualifications Experience with AS400 systems. Familiarity with healthcare and insurance industry concepts and terminology. Certifications or training in data entry, customer service, or related fields.
