Job Title: Sr. Project Operations Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular-Long Term Assignment Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 75% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a Sr. Project Operations Manager for infrastructure modernizations at OCONUS Army locations in the Pacific and the Southwest Asia. Lead Technical Direction Plans (TDP) development and supervises the work of project teams, vendors, and/or subcontractors, as well as provide program management support. Responsible for the overall success of planning and implementing complex modernization projects that meet or exceed customer needs. Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, to include TDP development, utilize project plans and schedule to manage and report against customer Technical Direction Letter (TDL) requirement. These plans may address items such as Requirements analysis and tracking, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Project Staffing, Resource Loaded Scheduling, and EVM. Lead/Oversee infrastructure modernization survey / engineering / installation efforts in multiple locations simultaneously with ability to accommodate multiple time zones. Manage installation teams consisting of Engineers, Technicians and Sub-Contractor labor in the execution of EIP installations ensuring project scope and schedule are maintained and costs are within budget. Plan, coordinate and lead customer meetings. Develop and present appropriate presentation materials for customer meetings as required. Create, review, track and deliver contract deliverables as required by the PWS / SOW Develop and Implement process improvements to increase work efficiency, product quality and overall customer satisfaction. Serve as a customer interface to report project progress and address any issues or concerns in the absence of the Program Manager Facilitate the compiling and analysis of lessons learned to develop continuous process improvement with an emphasis on improving efficiencies, lowering risks, reducing overall costs and improving customer satisfaction of future projects. Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft applications and other Project Manager software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on all projects of responsibility Travel to other CACI Locations, Customer Sites for survey and implementation oversight Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or relevant degree. Additional ten (10) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of degree. Ten (10+) years’ experience managing network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity. Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Secret clearance Experience managing / leading matrix teams. Desired: Experience working in Pacific Theater and/or Southwest Asia ITIL certification CISSP Experience with EVMS - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
