They are seeking a Service Team Specialist to provide high-quality customer service and support to clients and investment representatives, ensuring all work is processed accurately and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality customer service on the phones up to 75% of the dayDeliver customer support through the chat queue up to 25% of the dayProcess all daily work across all aspects of servicing advisors and clients including timely call servicing and account management functionsEnsure all work is processed with accuracy, timeliness, completeness and within budget according to defined service level metricsMeet or exceed all daily and monthly business measurementsProvide feedback to the team for continued improvementsProvide status updates to management as requiredMaintain process measurements and reporting within service levelsInteract and partner effectively for all processing issues, metrics, and coordinated activities across all appropriate internal business teamsExecute testing as required for business projectsCross train as required to support all team activities and backup team members as neededAssist with team planning as requiredEnsure execution of all industry and company specific compliance matters within the teamSkillsCandidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Lehi, UT or Berwyn, PAHas experience working in insurance, banking, or financial services industryHas minimum of 1 year of customer service experienceOwns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationPreferably has a degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience in finance fieldBenefitsHealth, dental, vision, and disability coverage on day one401(k) plan with employer matchPaid parental leavePet benefits including pawternity leave and pet insuranceStudent loan repaymentCompany OverviewOrion is a wealthtech powerhouse delivering an integrated suite of fully connected, disruptive technology and investment solutions on an open architecture platform.
