This role focuses on streamlining product development processes, managing tools and data, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and has a strong ability to identify, implement, and optimize the right tools and processes to support a high-performing product and UX team. They possess exceptional cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation skills. Additionally, they are adept at managing multiple workflows, integrating user feedback, and ensuring alignment with performance metrics in a fast-paced environment. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities Process Optimization: Streamlining product development processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Data Management: Collecting, analyzing, and providing actionable insights from product data to inform decision-making. Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitating communication between product management, design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Tool Management: Implementing and managing tools to support product development and operations. User Feedback Integration: Working with customer support and product teams to incorporate user feedback into the product roadmap. Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitoring product performance and ensuring alignment with business goals. Documentation and Standardization: Creating and maintaining documentation for product roadmap, processes, ensuring clarity and consistency. Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential risks in product operations and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Stakeholder Communication: Ensuring stakeholders are informed about product updates, timelines, and changes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of program or project management experience • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
