Position Overview At Ivans, we sit at the intersection of the agencies and carriers that keep commercial insurance moving. Our goal is straightforward: make it easier for them to work together by meeting agents where they already are — inside Applied Epic. We leverage our AI-powered platform to automate the manual workflows that slow submissions down, improve the quality of what carriers receive, and ultimately help more business get written faster. We’re searching for a Sr Product Manager to join our team in remote or hybrid location. What You’ll Do Shape the Agency ExperienceContribute to and help refine the product vision and roadmap for the agency-facing side of our platform — grounded in a deep understanding of the problem space for the different personas across our agency usersChampion adoption and activation: understand why users do or don't engage with the product and design features that change that behaviorEngage directly with our users and design partners, validating hypotheses to ensure that we’re working on the right problem to solve and building the right solutions to drive our adoption outcomesDrive Cross-Functional ExecutionPartner cross-functionally with design, engineering, product marketing, and operations to bring new products and features to life while ensuring alignment and removing blockersDrive cross-team execution, keeping initiatives moving in a dynamic multi-team environmentOwn and prioritize the backlog, writing clear product requirements and partnering closely with engineering to ensure the team always ships with a deep, shared understanding of what we're building and whyConnect Effort to OutcomesEstablish product metrics to validate performance and user impact, connecting agency engagement to the downstream value carriers depend onCommunicate progress, insights, and priorities clearly across teams and stakeholders We’re Excited to Learn More About You Your experience may include: 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years owning a customer-facing productA track record of delivering outcomes by bringing end-user simplicity to complex workflowsDeep empathy for users and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences and driving adoptionStrong user research instincts: you know how to run a discovery session, synthesize findings into themes, and translate them into roadmap decisionsStrong analytical skills — comfortable working with data and communicating through itA balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — able to zoom in and out as neededClear, precise written communication: requirements, stakeholder updates, and executive summaries that don't bury the leadFamiliarity with Agile development and tools like Jira and Confluence You may have other skills or credentials, including: Experience building products embedded within larger platform ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce apps, Microsoft 365 add-ins, ERP extensions)Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows — not as an engineer, but as a PM who has shipped features involving automation and understands where humans need to stay in the loopInsurance industry experience is a genuine plus, but it's not a prerequisite. To determine a new team member’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone’s depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. This position requires the employee to reside and work from one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, PEI, Saskatchewan.
