Senior Flutter Engineer (US Only)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help scale a production system at a growing startup. This role spans product engineering, platform engineering, and reliability (SRE). You’ll ship customer-facing features while strengthening the systems that make delivery safe, observable, and repeatable. This is a hands-on role for engineers who thrive in ambiguity and know how to turn working software into scalable systems. What You’ll Do
Product Engineering
• Build and ship production features using Flutter/Dart (Bonus for familiarity with .Net and Mongo.)
• Own work from ambiguous requirements through production delivery
• Perform requirements refinement and technical scoping in partnership with product
QA Automation
• Introduce automated testing in a currently manual QA environment
• Design pragmatic test foundations using Playwright
• Partner with engineers to make code testable and resilient
• Engineering Leadership
• Multiply team effectiveness through mentoring, pairing, and code reviews
• Raise the bar through execution, not ceremony
What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience in startup or high-growth product environments
• Strong Flutter experience
• Strong production debugging skills
• Ability to create clarity from incomplete or evolving requirements
• Ability to untangle bad code and balance hacky solutions against long-term sustainability
