At Gigamon, our purpose is to protect the hybrid networks and data of the largest, most complex organizations on the planet. Certified as a Great Place to Work, we offer a deep observability pipeline that efficiently delivers network-derived intelligence to cloud, security, and observability tools. This helps our customers to eliminate security blind spots, optimize network traffic, and dramatically reduce tool cost and complexity, enabling them to better secure and manage their hybrid cloud infrastructure. Gigamon has served more than 4,000 customers worldwide, including over 80 percent of Fortune 100 enterprises, 9 of the 10 largest mobile network providers, and hundreds of governments and educational organizations.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the configuration experience for our Fabric Manager product. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, you will collaborate closely with a global R&D team to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions in the networking space. Your expertise in product management and UI/GUI design will drive the development of features that delight customers and differentiate Gigamon in the market. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, roadmap, and execution, making a significant impact on both our customers and business outcomes.

What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the configuration experience within Fabric Manager, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Build deep customer intimacy by understanding pain points and translating them into actionable use cases and product requirements.
• Write clear, concise, and complete requirements, collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure shared understanding and successful delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product direction and maintain a leading edge.
• Drive vision, strategy, and roadmap communication across internal teams and external partners, including customers and channel partners.
• Lead the release planning process from initial planning through to delivery.
• Serve as an advocate for Gigamon’s business and value proposition within the organization and to the broader market.
• Coordinate and collaborate with a distributed team, with key focus areas in California and India.

What you’ve done:
• 15+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of building GUI/UI enterprise products in the networking domain.
• Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and Asana.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from launch through iteration to end-of-sale, end-of-life, and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• Portfolio of past work (e.g., product links, videos) is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business requirements effectively.
• Extensive experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams across multiple time zones.

Who you are:
• Customer-focused, with a passion for understanding and solving user problems.
• Strategic thinker who can balance vision with execution and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and influential, able to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.

The base salary compensation range targeted for this role, based at Gigamon's Santa Clara, CA, Headquarters office, is $208,000 to $260,000, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to the terms and conditions of the plan).
