The Adjustments Team is responsible for processing all payroll adjustments related to time interface files, BDC sessions, locked and simulation items, off-cycle payments, car allowances, processing uploads, running payroll simulations and partnering with various business units on pay issues.

What You Will Do
β€’ Process payroll adjustments and resolve complex pay issues
β€’ Run simulations, clear locked reports and work with business partners to resolve issues
β€’ Manage OT recalcs, GUSR, APRO, and Guild files
β€’ Process SAP UP batches, BDC errors, and save payments
β€’ Track metrics for Adjustments processes
β€’ Attend monthly calls with Labor & Time Teams and present metrics
β€’ Assist with banking, garnishments, quotas, deductions, separations, and in other areas when needed
β€’ Special projects as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills
β€’ Minimum 1-year Payroll experience
β€’ Understanding of off-cycle processing, payroll adjustments, and various payroll deductions
β€’ Ability to research and resolve pay issues
β€’ PC knowledge - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
β€’ Strong understanding of payroll rules
β€’ Strong understanding of paid time off practices and separation rules
β€’ Demonstrated strong customer service skills
β€’ Ability to handle high-volume work in a deadline driven environment and prioritize work
β€’ Ability to follow verbal instructions and take accurate, fast notes
β€’ Simultaneously handle multiple tasks with accuracy
β€’ Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
β€’ Effective communicator, both verbal and written
β€’ Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible

Preferred Qualifications
β€’ Work experience with large employer with more than 20,000 employees
β€’ Shared Services environment
β€’ Alteryx experience
β€’ SAP experience
β€’ CPP Certification

Education
β€’ B.A or B.S degree in Business, HR, Finance, or Accounting
