The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, able to strategize, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns to drive performance. This role requires someone who stays on top of industry trends, takes initiative, and loves solving complex challenges. This position is open to both full-time and freelance applicants. What You’ll Do • Develop Winning Strategies: Build and execute performance-focused media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs, such as ROAS and CPL. • Creative Collaboration: Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives that capture audience attention. • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations and insights to improve results. • Pixel Implementation and Tracking: Set up conversion tracking and troubleshoot issues using tools like Google Tag Manager. • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry changes, including platform updates and algorithm shifts, and adapt strategies accordingly. • Budget Oversight: Manage client media budgets effectively to maximize ROI. • Report Success: Create detailed performance reports for clients, showcasing results and proposed next steps. Qualifications • Native English level, both written and spoken. • Experience working in a marketing agency, with a focus on performance marketing.
