About the Role: Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) - Entry Level In this exciting and rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced case supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients. As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in fostering self-advocacy, promoting independence, and helping our learners achieve their goals and create enriching lifestyles. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with case supervisors and BCBAs to implement personalized treatment plans that drive meaningful outcomes Utilize data collection during learning sessions to track client progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to inform treatment plans Foster self-advocacy and empowerment in our learners, promoting independence, confidence, and self-esteem Embrace a collaborative approach within the client's circle of influence, ensuring comprehensive care and support Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a commitment to exceptional service Who We're Looking For: We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who share our passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
