We’re seeking a Sr. Media Buyer to own and scale our paid media engine, with a primary focus on paid social acquisition and paid search. This is a hands-on role for a performance marketer who thrives on testing, scaling what works, and turning data into growth within compliance constraints.
What You’ll Own
Paid Social Media Buying
• Own end-to-end paid social strategy and execution across Meta, Snapchat, AppLovin, and emerging paid social platforms, with a focus on efficient new customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Manage daily media buying activities including budgeting, pacing, bidding, audience strategy, and in-platform optimization
• Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, offers, and landing experiences
• Partner closely with creative and content teams to guide ad concepts, messaging, and formats informed by performance data and platform best practices
• Continuously optimize the full acquisition funnel from ad? landing page? conversion to improve ROAS, CPA, and LTV
Paid Search & Cross-Channel Support
• Support SEM efforts across Google and Bing, including assistance with YouTube campaigns where compliant
• Help define keyword strategy, campaign structure, targeting, and messaging to capture incremental demand
• Assist with management and optimization of product feeds in Google Merchant Center for shopping campaigns
Analytics, Measurement & Collaboration
• Own performance reporting and insights in partnership with the data team; build scorecards and dashboards that translate results into clear next actions
• Manage and forecast paid media budgets totaling $10M+ annually across channels
• Work cross-functionally with growth, creative, analytics, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns meet performance and regulatory standards
• Build strong relationships with agency, platform, and vendor partners
• Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and industry trends related to regulated advertising
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a media buyer or performance marketer, with a strong emphasis on paid social
• Deep experience buying and scaling on Meta; experience with Snapchat and/or AppLovin strongly preferred
• Proven track record managing $10M+ in annual paid media spend
• Strong understanding of audience strategy, creative testing, bidding and optimization levers, and full-funnel performance
• Highly analytical, with the ability to turn complex data into confident media decisions
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments with minimal process overhead
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
• Experience with Shopify and ecommerce performance tracking is a plus
• Bonus: experience marketing in regulated categories (e.g., wellness, supplements, alcohol, or other compliance-heavy industries)
