This is a 3-month contract (Extension possible). 40 hours per week remote role in the US.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
 Coordinates logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support, and pre-and post-event evaluations.
 Procures and coordinates vendor services.
 Coordinates facility, exhibit set-up, equipment, and catering requirements.
 Provide on-site event support. May research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives
Requirements:
 2+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a B2B or high-tech industry setting.
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, attendees, and team members.
 Proficient in coordinating logistics, including registration, materials, and vendor services.
 Experience with facility and equipment setup, as well as catering coordination.
 Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
