Job Description A Brief Overview Directs operations of the team and oversees the product portfolio, conducting market analysis, and driving new product development. Collaborates cross-functionally, sets pricing and promotion strategies, measures performance, and ensures regulatory compliance to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the competitive pharmacy retail industry. What you will do Establishes procedures for the development of the overall product strategy, including market analysis, customer research, and competitive intelligence. Prioritizes initiatives, defines product features, and establishes a roadmap that aligns with market demands and business objectives. Assesses customer needs, preferences, and pain points to guide product decision-making and ensure customer-centric product development. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product vision, identify target markets, and set strategic goals for the product portfolio. Establishes product requirements as well as feature prioritization, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and market demands. Guides product performance, monitors market trends, and makes data-driven decisions regarding product enhancements, updates, or retirement to optimize the product portfolio. Promotes cross-functional communication and coordination, ensuring effective collaboration to achieve product goals. Identifies unique value propositions, defines product positioning, and ensures effective communication of product features and benefits to customers and the market. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to product managers and other team members by building and developing high-performing product teams, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration, and providing coaching and career development opportunities. For this role you will need Minimum Requirements 7-10 years work experience Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Adept at business intelligence Adept at collaboration and teamwork Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $165,954.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
