WHAT YOU’LL GET • $500/month (approx. 20 hours total, 1099 contractor) • Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. • Must overlap 11 AM–4 PM CT for collaboration • Flexible schedule — quality > hours • Real creative freedom (and mentorship if you want it) • Work with women-led brands doing meaningful sht* • Room to grow with the agency YOUR ROLE You’ll be the community heartbeat of Visual Sugar — nurturing authentic conversations, warming up leads, and helping me stay genuinely connected to our audience. You’ll also support storytelling through blogs and newsletters that keep our audience inspired and informed. No posting. No scheduling. Just connection, presence, and soulful storytelling. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Engage authentically in social communities (mostly Instagram + Facebook groups) — thoughtful comments only, never spammy. • Warm up leads and naturally guide conversations into DMs — connection first, conversion second. • Write 1–2 blog posts per month that feel on-brand and SEO-friendly. • Write 1–2 email newsletters per month using FloDesk or Wix. • Keep engagement notes organized for easy tracking. • Collaborate with me on storytelling ideas that align with our brand strategy. TOOLS YOU’LL USE • HoneyBook – client/project management • Google Drive – organization + content planning • FloDesk / Wix – email setup and scheduling • ChatGPT / AI tools – for brainstorming (never to replace your creative brain) Don’t stress if you’re not fluent in all of them — I’ll train you in my process. What matters is authenticity, intuition, and adaptability. QUALIFICATIONS • Must reside in the United States • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or community management (or a strong portfolio that proves your talent) • Excellent writing and storytelling skills (bonus if you’re witty + soulful) • Experience writing blogs and newsletters • Comfortable with basic SEO and engagement tracking • Emotionally intelligent, self-motivated, and reliable • Passionate about women-led, creative, or wellness-driven brands ⚡ IMPORTANT You must answer all screening questions in full to be considered.
