Sr. Manager - Integration Solution Architect

What You'll Do for Us:
Ā Providing strategic direction and architectural insight into the design and enhancement of the company's IT systems (hardware, software, integration, and network).
Ā Planning, designing, and developing robust technology solutions that address the needs of the business while compliant with the enterprise architecture standards.
Ā Leading initiatives for systems integration, ensuring compatibility across multiple platforms, and championing best practices in software and hardware selection.
Ā Addressing complex technical problems with innovative solutions, while maintaining alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
Ā Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, ensuring marketing and consumer data are managed and utilized effectively, particularly within the intricacies of the China market.
Ā Overseeing data architecture for marketing, ensuring scalable and compliant pipelines that integrate seamlessly with various activation channels.
Ā Mentor and guide both managers and team members, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Ā A University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Math, or a related field.
Ā 10+ years of experience in Integration platforms such as AIS, SAP CPI, data engineering, ideally within large organizations, with exposure to the CPG industry being advantageous.
Ā Proficiency in Big Data Technologies (Azure preferred) and experience in constructing data pipelines and architecture for marketing and consumer data.
Ā Strong database acumen, proficiency in data analysis languages (Python, PySpark, Java, Scala) and experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
Ā Proven experience in implementing data governance and security measures.
Ā A creative problem-solving approach, the ability to lead cross-cultural teams, and a strong belief in Coca-Cola's organizational values.
Ā Extensive experience with full life cycle implementation and support experience on SAP CPI. Experience in PI/PO is advantage.
Ā Extensive experience with SAP S4 HANA and 3rd party systems.
Ā Created custom integration flows based on requirements - implemented Cloud to on premise, Cloud to Cloud Integrations
Ā Implemented sequential and parallel multicasting for connecting multiple systems.
Ā Used Message Mapping and Content Modifier for transformations
Ā Used JSON and XML conversions, content modifier, Local integration process, exception sub process, encoding etc.
