The role involves ensuring policy accuracy, compliance, and effective communication with business partners to enhance client experiences. Responsibilities Ensure Accuracy & Clarity - Review and analyze case information to include correspondence and the Group Sales Application (GSAP), Member Category UI and the underwriter's instructions to determine the intent of the coverages requested for standard and the less complicated non-standard new groups and revisions to existing groups. You will work with the underwriter and/or field reps to resolve any problems or discrepancies encountered in the file information. Prepare documentation to clarify issues and communicate changes to all affected areas Create & Distribute Policy Documents - Format and issue policies, certificates, and plan descriptions, ensuring they align with sold coverage and meet state requirements Enhance Compliance & Readability - Analyze drafts of materials prepared by the policyholder, field representative or Underwriter to ensure accurate definition of the intended liability. You will work with compliance area on changes to improve content for clarity or readability and resolve any related problems Oversee Policy Production - Manage policy formatting, printing, and distribution, securing approvals and ensuring timely delivery to field offices Skills Strong MS Word & Time Management Skills Detail-Oriented Analysis Problem-Solving Mindset Compliance & Quality Focus Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico GSAP experience Insurance experience Insurance contract knowledge Benefits 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
