- Support Quality Assurance testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Manage workload effectively to meet aggressive deadlines in a dynamic environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in the Retail Energy sector, specifically Natural Gas
- Strong project management skills with experience in change management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Practical experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, including ADO and Microsoft Tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing story criteria and managing QA testing processes
- Familiarity with the Gas Platform Optimization program
