Job Summary: The Senior Implementation Consultant position is responsible for the onboarding of Practice Fusion Billing Software clients. The position supports the Practice Fusion Services Team by efficiently and effectively providing, reviewing and training clients on the Billing Software system along with gathering required documentation for a successful implementation. What you will contribute: • Strong customer service skills; following up and answering client calls and emails; prompt return and follow up to all interactions; prompt response to requests for information, both internally and externally. • Gather required documentation and information for our Payer Enrollment team. • Training to clients on the overall use of Billing Software by providing an overview, key configuration and demonstrating common workflows. • Supporting clients post go live on claims related questions, denials, and other scenarios where clarifications may be needed. • Guide clients in Practice Fusion EHR to input details in the required settings for billing setup. • Provide education on billing workflows within Practice Fusion EHR. • Understand the integration and data flow between Practice Fusion EHR and Billing Software. • Complies and enforces all policies and procedures related to the position, the department, and the company. • Achieve goals set forth by supervisor. The ideal candidate will have: • High School Diploma or GED Required • 2 + years experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, practice management software, and clearinghouses. • Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle: patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections.
