[Remote] C# Data Platform Software Engineer / C# + SQL Developer (Remote), 25-14061

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TeamBradley, Inc. is seeking a C# Data Platform Software Engineer to build a data platform used by multiple customers. The role involves designing and building new capabilities, improving performance, and collaborating on architecture and delivery. Responsibilities • Design and build new data platform capabilities and connectors • Design/build data connectors and new platform features • Improve performance, reliability, and scalability for multi-customer use • Collaborate closely on architecture, approach, and delivery • Debug production issues across pipelines, integrations, and application components • Tune SQL Server performance end-to-end • Troubleshoot complex issues and refine solutions with strong engineering judgment • Own delivery from requirements through rollout and iteration Skills • Must reside in the US • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder • 5+ years of development experience • Advanced T-SQL + SQL Server internals/performance troubleshooting • Strong C#/.NET production engineering chops • Kimball dimensional modeling experience • Organized thinker who communicates clearly (no 'shotgun details') • Proud builder mindset: you care about clean, durable solutions • Comfortable partnering directly with customers Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401k Company Overview • At TeamBradley, we take pride in our collaborative approach.It was founded in 2007, and is headquartered in Wheaton, Illinois, USA, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
