We believe that the best way to solve complicated dynamic problems is collaboratively and respectfully.We're seeking an experienced Hardware Test Engineer to own the validation of our robot's core hardware systems. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and compliance of hardware including compute, power system, and motor controllers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building robust, automated test infrastructures that bridge the gap between design and manufacturing.ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead comprehensive test strategies for systems including compute, power delivery, and motor controllers.Design and implement manual and automated test setups, including custom fixtures and test benches.Manage the full test lifecycle—from planning and execution to data analysis and reporting.Perform validation for thermal performance, EMI/EMC, signal integrity, and long-term reliability.Collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, and firmware teams to ensure testability and design quality.Debug hardware issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions with the design team.Develop and maintain clear, thorough test documentation.Develop and execute stress and corner-case testing to uncover edge-case hardware failures.Support manufacturing with test development…
