We need an English-fluent Sr Frontend Engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain modern, responsive, and user-focused web applications.
Collaborate closely with design and product teams
Ensure frontend performance and accessibility best practices
Build and sustain frontend CI/CD workflows
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in and lead code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions
Requirements:
8+ years of professional experience in frontend development using React
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A master’s degree is preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centric web applications.
Strong coding skills using a typed programming language.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Next, Remix).
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and asynchronousprogramming.
Strong UX/UI design intuition and the ability to collaborate effectively with product and design teams.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
Strong proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong proficiency with build tools (e.g., Webpack), and frontend testing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Experience with server-side rendering and performance optimization techniques is preferred.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) is also preferred.
Previous experience in a leadership or ownership role for frontend applications is preferred.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices is desirable
Compensation:
The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,200 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This is a one-year project with the potential for extension, depending on performance and business needs.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
