What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary for month-end close activities
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance, including net revenue, margins, and profitability trends
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models that measure business drivers and trends to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure accurate financial forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A/Accounting with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial results
- Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP/BPC is strongly preferred
