In this role, you will be accountable for providing technical guidance and information to customers on a pre-sales and post-sales basis to enable delivery of design, fabrication, and assembly goals, per customersâ expectations.What a typical day looks like:Provide best in class support by closing customer technical support questions related to manufacturing capabilities, including design, fabrication and assembly abilities.Review customer requirements, identify and communicate potential issues and provide best fit solutions matching Flex capability and customersâ specifications.Contribute to development of complex product roadmaps by providing field feedback to the design teams.Define initial project/product scope and prepare project plans to meet customersâ expectations.Develop and present technical seminars for customers and sales personnel to promote employer's manufacturing capabilities, services, available technologies, manufacturing process and quality.Prepare and maintain required documentation.The experience we are adding to our team:5+ years of experience directly working with analog circuit design/troubleshooting requiredBilingual in English and Mandarin highly preferredBachelorâs degree in Electronics (or a closely related field) highly preferred, OR equivalent experienceTechnically competent in the analog/mixed signal design to be able to solve product and system level complex issuesTechnically competent in a lab set up to test, characterize, and emulate customer issues with FPM products and complex customer boardsWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical, dental, and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition ReimbursementPay Range (Applicable to California)$122,800.00 USD - $168,800.00 USD AnnualJob CategoryDesign, Process & Technology EngineeringIs Sponsorship Available?NoFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
