The Systems Analyst II will lead the build, rollout, and support of Epic Clinical Applications, focusing on application support, design, configuration, testing, and user communication to enhance department performance. Responsibilities • Leads design and analysis • Application configuration • Testing • System documentation • Training if indicated • Functions as second-level response for the assigned application(s) by communicating with end users of the system to understand issues and implement solutions • Assist department management in use of assigned applications to assist with maximizing department performance and management decision-making • Functions as a liaison between IS, customer department and vendor(s) Skills • 3 Years Information Technology - Systems Analysis • EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility • Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice • Associate's Degree Business • Associate's Degree Healthcare • Associate's Degree Technology Company Overview • WakeMed Health & Hospitals is a private, not-for-profit health care organization based in Raleigh, N.C.
