Sr. Director, Product Management (Remote*)

As the Senior Director of Product Management, you would be responsible for setting and owning the full product catalogue vision and strategy. You are responsible for all aspects of product strategy, optimization of portfolio and new product development. You will guide the team in creating product roadmaps and managing product launches. This role would take market and customer insights to strategically grow the product portfolio across every category. You would also evaluate white space opportunities and private brand strategies and incorporate it into existing products or create new products based on this. Additionally, you would maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distribution partners to ensure that product quality is maintained throughout the production process. You will develop commercialization strategies, manage the P&L and build a product stage gate process that engages sales, marketing, sourcing/procurement, and suppliers.The Senior Director of Product Management has a wide range of responsibilities that are essential to the success of a company’s products. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development aligns with business strategy and meets customer needs. As a key decision-maker within an organization, the senior director of product management plays a critical role in shaping the direction and vision of ODP Business Solutions’ product roadmap.Primary Responsibilities:Oversee a group of product managers that are responsible for the strategic growth, development and end to end life cycle of all product lines to sustain and grow sales in the US across traditional office supply space and all adjacencies- technology, cleaning, breakroom, furniture/interiors.
