We are looking for a Sr. Director, Global QRC Training to lead and manage the Getinge Academy, ensuring training programs are aligned with company goals and meet industry standards.RequirementsProficient in e-learning platforms, instructional design, and training software.Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in adapting training programs to meet evolving industry needs.Well-organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement in healthcare education.Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Understanding of the medical device regulations and how this translates into the traningsExtensive experience in medical device training or a related field.Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the medical device industry.At least 10 years of experience in training and development or educational program management.Experience in leadership and People Management.
