Summary: The Senior Director of Business Development will be a key executive in driving the growth and expansion of the organization. This role is responsible for leading the business development team, formulating strategies, and establishing relationships to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in business development roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven success in developing and executing business development strategies. Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets. In-depth understanding of market research methodologies and business acumen. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the identification and evaluation of potential business opportunities. Competitor Analysis: Analyze market data and competitor insights to identify areas for growth and development. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, opportunities, and recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
