• Develop test-and-learn strategies to identify opportunities and behaviors that improve engagement, raise conversion rates, and increase average order value.
• Implement, deploy, and monitor ad-level tracking by applying appropriate tracking mechanisms to creative assets prior to vendor delivery; continuously analyze tracked performance and report insights, optimization opportunities, and recommendations to the Campaigns Manager.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Manage keyword research and monitor search rankings and organic conversion performance—while also optimizing for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and large-language-model (LLM) discoverability.
• Inform content marketing strategies through comprehensive evaluation of all content initiatives, including blogs, videos, and other key assets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and stay informed about industry best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and engineering to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
• Partner with our IT Business Relationship Manager to ensure proper data hygiene and data governance, as well as optimal integrations with CRM, web analytics, ad platforms and internal databases.
