Sr Corporate Financial Systems Analyst

Remote Full-time
Under limited supervision, designs, develops and implements enterprise back office financial system, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting

Essential Functions
• Responsibilities include leading project teams, developing project plans, maintaining project budgets, leading technical research and documentation of business requirements in the review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases. Communication of governance and support policies to all levels of management and the development and presentation of executive level communications.
• Monitors the effectiveness of system controls, identifies process improvement and communicates recommendations.
• Mentor less senior staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical skills.

Experience with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment.

Quantitative business problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Strong organizational/time management and planning/project skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.

Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP), including P2P, Tax and period end Accounting close. Oracle Certification. Familiarity with integration tools, including APIs, REST, SOA, FTP, EDI processes for data connectivity and automation. Strategic and analytical thinking skills to define product direction and assess system improvement opportunities. Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities to manage complex integrations and modernization trade-offs.

Pay Transparency: This position is located in Memphis, TN., Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA. Sponsorship and Relocation may be provided depending on business needs.

Pay: Pay range: Memphis, TN. $6,511.62 - $10,744.16. Pay range: Plano, TX. and Pittsburgh, PA. $6,854.33 - $11,309.65
