Now we are hiring a Sr Biopharmaceutical Representative – Cardiovascular in Hong Kong.LiveWhat you will doReporting to the Sales Manager, Sr Biopharmaceutical Rep is accountable for:Working cross-functionally to ensure the benefits to patients offered by Amgen products can be optimizedPromote Amgen’s products within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed the quarterly sales targetKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with Sales Manager to develop and execute territory POA and key account plans. Achieve POADeliver responsible product(s)’ key messages to target customersExecute Sales and Marketing activities / program and delivered the agreed resultsEvaluates progress timely with Sales Manager and adjust the action plan if neededContributes to Cross Functional Teams meetings (Medical Affairs/Key Account Manager, etc.) to align on the objectives/responsibilities of Sales & Marketing programsLearn and share with peers and the Sales Manager to acquire best practicesIdentify, gather and analyses competitive informationFollow through on customer commitments in a timely fashion to establish the customer relationshipReports promotion activities in the CRM system and ensures account profiles are kept up-to-dateDemonstrates Amgen requires sales capabilities (e.g. Performance 4 selling skills & Advanced Strategic Account Management etc).Operates within the agreed sales expense budget aligned with POA prioritiesSeeks advice and assistance to organize activitiesContinuously enhance product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs. Drives personal developmentWinWhat we expect of youBasic Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job.
