Key Responsibilities Analyze data to identify potential financial savings within our supply chain and develop strategies to achieve cost reductions. Design and execute reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives that drive business growth. Work closely with the Outbound Transportation Team to optimize delivery rates and transit times, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Foster strong relationships with contracted transportation providers to ensure alignment with company goals. Optimize our custom-built transportation management tools to enhance efficiency and performance. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive informed decision-making. Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI, RStudio, SQL, or similar programs. A data-driven approach to problem-solving, with the ability to leverage data to support proposed solutions. Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights to various audiences. The ability to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A keen understanding of our operations, with the ability to "look behind the numbers" to drive meaningful change. Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience with other statistical software a plus. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Experience in logistics or supply chain management. Familiarity with transportation management systems and processes. A background in data analysis or a related field.
