About the position
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI integrated with Fabric.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to translate business needs into technical specifications for actionable insights.
• Optimize SQL queries for performance and adherence to data governance and quality standards.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Recommend best practices and improvements to enhance performance, including new technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Statistics, Math, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Sr. BI Report Developer with hands-on experience in Power BI and data visualizations.
• Expertise in SQL queries, data modeling techniques, and working with lake houses and data warehouses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
• Power BI certification and experience in Microsoft Fabric.
