We support Clari’s profitable growth and empower every department to optimize their operations in service of running revenue for all B2B companies.About the RoleWe are looking for a BI Developer / Analytics Engineer to help transform raw data into actionable insights through scalable data models and visualization solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with SQL, familiarity with Python and is proficient in modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, dbt, ThoughtSpot or similar. This role will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics, ensuring data is well-structured, accessible, and optimized for business intelligence and reporting.This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland and be able to travel to the office in Kraków as needed. Responsibilities Develop and maintain dbt models to transform and structure data for analytics and reportingDesign, build, and optimize SQL-based data models in Snowflake to support business intelligence needsDevelop and maintain ThoughtSpot dashboards and self-service analytics capabilities for business usersCollaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure high-quality, reliable, and well-documented data modelsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across reporting and analytics solutionsEnable business stakeholders with adoption of self-service analytics using NLP solutions in ThoughtSpotDefine and implement best practices for analytics governance, security, and efficiencyWork closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with SQL for data transformation and modelingExperience with Python for automation and data manipulationProficiency with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousesExperience working with ThoughtSpot or other BI tools for visualization and self-service analyticsSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance optimizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindsetHands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modelingKnowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practicesExperience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for analytics workflowsFamiliarity with stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering for BI projects Perks and Benefits @ Clari Team-bonding activities and company-wide eventsFlexible working hours and remote opportunitiesAnnual Well-being and Professional Development StipendsPrivate Healthcare and Multisport PassPaid maternity and paternity leaveStock options Additional Information #BI-Remote#LI-RemoteYou’ll often hear our CEO talk about being remarkable.
