Overview The People Analytics Analyst plays a crucial role in helping Joby make data-driven decisions about its most valuable asset: its people. Reporting to the Talent Development & Analytics Lead, this individual is responsible for transforming raw people data into actionable insights that empower our leaders and People team. The core focus of this role is to develop scalable reporting, build insightful dashboards, fulfill ad-hoc analytics requests, and interpret trends across the team member lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills in data analysis and visualization and has a passion for telling stories with data to drive meaningful organizational change, while actively exploring and championing the use of advanced analytics and AI to shape the future of work at Joby.
