And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Team as a Manager of product intake and prioritization. Aetna Health strives to continuously innovate around how we manage the ever-expanding digital experience opportunities across our product portfolio – and this role will play a key part in that innovation. Working across the entire Aetna & CVS enterprise span of functional areas, this role will coordinate and lead the intake request process (which includes triage, vetting, alignment, and prioritization exercises) for Aetna Health requests, ensuring an optimal throughput of new ideas to the Product Management Leadership team across the various portfolios and domains. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project/program management, product management, and technology implementations. Your ability to manage work across a diverse stakeholder group, with a focus on driving strategic alignment, implementing change control strategies, and ensuring a robust evaluation and alignment process, all aimed at driving business value and improving member experiences, is crucial for this role. In addition, you have a natural desire to help people identify and align on priorities for the success of a very large product portfolio. Digital Aetna Health Product, and specifically the Intake team, works closely with business partners outside of digital area, so the ability to listen, process, and communicate customer needs to appropriately ensure alignment of competing priorities is a must. Key Responsibilities • Advisor to external stakeholders (Business, Sales, Account Mgmt., Marketing, Technology, etc.) on how to effectively navigate the digital intake process. • Advisor to internal digital stakeholders (Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Architecture, etc.) on how to effectively navigate the digital intake process. • Concierge-level stakeholder and requestor support, helping translate their problem statements and member experience opportunities into clear requests – with a focus on articulating the business / member value, and evaluating how business & member experience goals align within the larger ecosystem and strategy. • Perform as a strategic advisor on portfolio management with a focus on capacity and resource planning. • Effectively manage the intake process workflow to ensure that requestors are clear about upcoming timelines and next steps. • Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal resources across all teams – related to intake requests. • Own and manage data repository of intake requests, maintaining accurate records to ensure progress tracking and reporting to both internal Digital teams and external stakeholder partners. • Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team and propose and implement solutions. • Advocate for improvements to quality, security, and performance. • Enhance intake-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Partner with internal teams to champion the intake process. • Assist team with road map reviews, change control, and maintain excellent documentation of all work. Required Qualifications • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project, program, and product management • Your ability to appropriately implement change control strategies and apply them to the evaluation and alignment of varied business needs is second to none, and you have a natural desire to help people identify and align on priorities for the success of a large undertaking • This program interfaces with business partners outside of the digital area, so the ability to listen, process, and communicate customer needs to appropriately ensure alignment of competing priorities is a must • Strong communications skills, documentation skills, and a commitment to following the CVS Heart at Work principals ensures success! • 5 or more years of experience supporting Business Operations and/or Production Support activities • 5 or more years of control management experience including inter-connected systems and complex processes • Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work • Experience in healthcare industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services • Experience with highly complex, inter-connected systems and business processes • Experience working in an Agile environment • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics in a matrixed environment • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-assist tools (e.g. Microsoft Co-pilot) AGILE certifications Education Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
