Job Title: SQL Developer Full-time Location: Austin, TX (Remote) Duration: Long Term Experience: 5-10 Years We're searching for a skilled SQL Developer to design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and database structures. You'll collaborate with data analysts, developers, and product managers to ensure the integrity and performance of our database systems. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas. • Collaborate with developers to integrate SQL-based solutions into applications. • Perform complex data analysis and generate reports based on business requirements. • Monitor and optimize database performance, including indexing and query tuning. • Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across databases. • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, including data inconsistencies and performance bottlenecks. • Document database designs, queries, and procedures. • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SQL development and database technologies. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or in a related role. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). • Experience with database design, normalization, and optimization techniques. • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. • Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Power BI) is a plus. • Relevant certifications in SQL development or database management are a plus.
