OverviewNational Debt Relief is seeking a Sponsorships Manager to oversee and optimize our brand sponsorship initiatives. This role will lead the day-to-day management of sponsorship activations, evaluate new partnership opportunities, and ensure all programs drive brand visibility, engagement, and measurable ROI.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for creating meaningful brand experiences through partnership.ResponsibilitiesSponsorship Strategy & ManagementManage the execution of NDR’s sponsorship portfolio, ensuring activations align with brand objectives and drive meaningful consumer engagement.Oversee day-to-day relationships with key partners.Develop sponsorship activation plans, including event integrations, hospitality, content collaborations, talent partnerships, and brand storytelling extensions.Measurement & OptimizationDefine KPIs and measure the success of sponsorship programs against brand and business goals.Analyze sponsorship performance data to optimize future programs and provide insights to internal stakeholders.Coordinate with brand media and analytics teams to track attribution and ROI from sponsorship-driven awareness or engagement.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Brand, Creative, and Media teams to amplify sponsorships across paid, owned, and earned channels.Work with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement teams to ensure all partnership activations adhere to guidelines.Opportunity IdentificationContinuously evaluate the marketplace to identify emerging sponsorship and partnership opportunities that could extend NDR’s reach and impact.Present business cases for new sponsorship investments or renewals, grounded in brand fit, audience alignment, and expected returns.QualificationsEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred5 years of experience in sponsorship management, brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or a closely related field.Experience working with talent, entertainment properties, or major sports sponsorships preferred.Prior experience in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plusPrior experience working with motorsports is a plusRequired Skills/Abilities:Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing budgets and timelines.Ability to translate brand strategy into actionable partnership activations.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define, track, and communicate KPIs for sponsorship performance.Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills.A collaborative spirit and a passion for building meaningful external brand relationships.National Debt Relief Role Qualifications:Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.Take constructive feedback.Compensation InformationOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
