This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Work within a dedicated territory to achieve revenue quotas through renewals and upselling.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts regularly.
• Develop mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding.
• Address customer concerns and manage objections to retain or expand accounts.
• Manage high-volume customer contacts via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate data in the customer management system (CRM).Qualifications
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Proven success in meeting sales quotas.
• Experience with high-volume calling and learning new technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
