The Implementation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective training plans for clients, ensuring they can successfully use ZOLL products in their operations.ResponsibilitiesEffectively train clients on the use of ZOLL software based on best practices and work collaboratively with customers on their system configurationAssist in the development and ongoing maintenance of training and process material essential to the success of the implementation processCoordinate with support and product team to resolve customer issues during implementation processTrack product adoption for customers to be sure we are setting them up to be successful on ZOLL productsAct as a training and product resource for other members of the ZOLL teamParticipate in project coordination with ZOLL Project Managers and clients to ensure a successful training and implementation experienceWork toward client success as an effective team memberSkills1-3 years 2+ years Emergency Medical Services experience and/or training requiredExperience and understanding of training adults, associated learning challenges, and how to overcome them requiredExperience as an administrator or end user of the ZOLL RescueNet application or ZOLL Billing preferredExperience implementing new software/technology preferredExperience working with Microsoft SQL preferredBachelors, Associates, or professional certification resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, such as emergency medicine, Primary or Secondary PSAP Work, etc. preferredCompletion of an industry recognized basic public safety telecommunicator course that covers all topics included in APCO ANS 3.103.2.2015 -Minimum Training Standards for Public Safety Telecommunicators preferredCurrent or former EMS practitioner at either the ALS or BLS Level preferredCompany OverviewZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions (CMS), a division of ZOLL Medical Corporation, offers a unique portfolio of novel technologies designed to deliver better insights and better outcomes in cardiac patient care.
