Special Education Teacher Opportunity Lakeville, Indiana
Soliant is currently seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Lakeville, Indiana area. This full-time, contracted position offers a chance to support and inspire students with diverse learning needs.
Pay Range: $30 - $45/hour (negotiable based on experience and interview performance)
Position Details:
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of the school year
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload Options:
Middle school
Elementary school
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
Provide direct instruction in academic, social, and behavioral skills.
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student success.
Assess and document student progress toward IEP goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
Valid Indiana State Special Education Teacher Certification is required.
Previous experience working with diverse student populations is a plus.
