Soliant has partnered with a California school district to hire a Remote Special Education Case Manager for the remainder of the school year. This is a teletherapy/virtual contract position supporting students with IEPs by coordinating services, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with educators and familiesall from a secure, work-from-home setup.
Job Requirements:
Active California Education Specialist Credential or PPS Credential in School Counseling or School Psychology (Special Education)
Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience
Strong understanding of IEP development, compliance, and service coordination
Experience with virtual IEP meetings and special education documentation platforms (SEIS, SIRAS, etc.) preferred
Must complete and pass a tech screening for virtual services
Job Details:
Full-Time Roles Available
Contract through end of the school year
Caseload may include elementary, middle, or high school students with varying exceptionalities
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and leading IEP meetings
Collaborating with service providers and families
Ensuring timelines and documentation are met in compliance with California Ed Code
100% remote/virtual role
Compensation & Benefits:
$35-40/ hour based on experience
Pay for both direct and indirect services
Weekly pay via direct deposit
